By submitting content to FindPlayPlace — a place, a review, a photo, or a report — you agree to the terms below.
FindPlayPlace lets parents share the places where their children can play — parks, playgrounds, and other family-friendly spots, including restaurants with play areas. Some of what you see in the app is submitted by other users. To keep that content safe and useful, everyone who posts agrees to the same rules.
You must accept this EULA before you submit your first place. Accepting requires signing in with Apple. We record the version of this agreement you accepted and the time you accepted it. If we publish a new version, we will ask you to accept it again before you post.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes anyone's rights. Do not submit content that endangers children. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent a place.
Content that violates this policy is removed. There is no warning quota — a single violation is enough.
We have zero tolerance for abusive users. If you post objectionable content or abuse other users, your account may be banned. A ban is tied to your Apple ID, so it persists across reinstalls and new device setups. A banned account cannot create or change content; browsing remains available.
We do not rely on reports alone. Everything you submit is screened for safety before it is published. Text — a place's name and notes, a review — is checked by an automated safety screen, and anything it is not confident is safe is held for a person to review rather than shown to other parents. Photos are handled with extra care: before a photo leaves your phone, the app automatically obfuscates the faces it can detect. That detection is best-effort and can miss faces, so we ask you to blur any that remain yourself. By posting a photo that contains faces, you represent that you have the right to do so and you release any privacy concern over those faces. The photo is then screened for nudity or sexual content, graphic violence, illegal content, identity documents, and images that would reveal a private home. Only a photo that passes the screen is stored. If our screening is ever unavailable, your content is held — it is never published unchecked. Passing this screen is not a guarantee your content stays up: it can still be reported, reviewed by a person, and removed.
Any user can report a place or a review they believe is objectionable. When content is reported, it is hidden from public view immediately, pending review. Our team reviews reported content and acts on it within 24 hours: we either restore content that does not violate this agreement, or remove content that does — and we may ban the author.
You can also block another user. Blocking hides that user's content from you. Blocks are private; the blocked user is not notified.
You are responsible for what you submit. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant FindPlayPlace a license to display it in the app so other parents can use it. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
FindPlayPlace has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child exploitation. Photos you upload are screened, and any content identified as apparent CSAM is preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. §2258A). When we make such a report, we may preserve and provide the content, your account identifier, your IP address, and related information to NCMEC and law enforcement. We will not necessarily notify you that a report has been made.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit content (places, reviews, photos, or reports) to FindPlayPlace.
To report content, ask about a moderation decision, or reach our team, email support@findplayplace.app. We act on reported content within 24 hours.
If we make material changes to this agreement, we will update the version and the Last updated line at the top of this page, and ask you to accept the new version before you post again.
